Atomic Bomb Lessons

In class we used this to inspire our discussion of these events. For class 1, you were also required to read two passages and answer questions. Here is passage 1 with questions. Here is the podcast you must listen to for homework. Please answer questions found on the handout from class. In addition, compose ten vocabuary sentences and a paragraph summarizing your speech from class. You must take the position of one of the people we discussed. Like your speech you summary requires a thesis and at least two reasons supported by details/examples.

For homework please complete the chart for prompt 4 and create two awesome thesis statements for each position.

Here is a study guide to help you prepare for the test. The study guide is optional, but it will help you very much. We will go over the study guide tomorrow before the test.

Some of you still need to take vocabulary quizzes and grammar quizzes. You know who you are. You must do this tomorrow as it is the last day of the term.
