To begin, circular circumstance is the representative in “waiting for Godot”. In fact, even though VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON are talking to each other, there is no any clarity, and clearness. Even VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON ask the same question again and again without progress. For instance, both VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON say that,” what did we do yesterday” also, “nothing is certain when you’re about” “in my opinion we were here”. Because, they are located the same place, even VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON are asking each other where they were yesterday. Moreover, they don’t know what they did yesterday. It’s happening continuously; VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON dint anything and don’t have any progress.
Secondly, this story reflects the futility of life. VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON desire and wait Godot, however VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON are not sure whether the Godot exists or not. There is nothing to wait Godot. For example, VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON say that,” He should be here” “He didn’t say for sure he’d come.” “And if he doesn’t come?” “We’ll come back tomorrow”. VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON are waiting for Godot without any hope, besides if Godot doesn’t come, VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON will come back. Eventually it makes VLADIMIR and ESTRAGON feel futility. There is no conviction anymore.

Im sorry first. i thought that i had to post my assingment here lol. Anyway, In my opinion, this story reflect the futility of life. Vladimir and Estragon are waiting for Godot without any hope. Even they are not sure about that. Eventually, they wount obtain anything if Godot woulnt come.
I realized my life througr the script. Am I waiting someone for a long time? What am I waiting in my life? I thought that what I am waiting is not importnat. The waiting is importnat in itself.
Initially subjectivity is one of the most important themes in "waiting for godot" Even though they talk to each other continuously to make a solution, they still have their own different perspective. For example, "If he came here yesterday and we weren't here you may be sure he won't come again today. But you say we were here yesterday. Imay be mistaken. Let's stop talking for a minute, do you mind?" In my view, it means that they coudln't make any solution. And they will discuss this problem later without any progress in their relationshup. they have discussed to make answer but they haven't made any point of agreement each other. it looks like that they have no interaction in conversation. It's not a dialogue, it's close to their own monologue.
To begin with, the two characters show the hollow life that couldn’t create a new hope in the future to the audience. In the repeated dialogue, we can see the human’s weakness and a sense of futility. In addition, a monotonous life from the story seems the audience to find emptiness hope with no change. The elusive conversation discloses that there is no color to identity the characters. In the analysis of the dialogue, “we’re waiting for Godot.”A futility of the waiting reflects on the story of meaningless. It is also confused about the character’s identity. The story of the play cannot find out any main point and aim in terms of Godot means who never arrives.
